Keith Stokes submitted a 1966 cite from Bob Tucker's "The Neo-Fan's Guide to Science Fiction Fandom". Cory Panshin submitted a cite from the April 1966 SFWA Bulletin. Jeff Prucher submitted a 1972 cite from Harlan Ellison in "Again, Dangerous Visions".
